Job Overview

Description

Responsibilities and Duties:

 

  • Achieve sales targets for the projects unit by building strong relationships between clients and the company, ensuring the highest value of service quality, and introducing products effectively to maintain the company’s image development.
  • Use software, applications, tools, and promotional materials to complete sales processes.
  • Build trust between clients and the company through effective communication to provide the best services and offer comprehensive product information.
  • Prepare and present price quotations by drawing/ measuring buildings/designing materials required for the project. Follow up on sales procedures until the deal is completed, then monitor material delivery and resolve customer issues if any, and complete payment procedures.
  • Prepare external orders in cooperation with the purchasing department.
  • Follow up on payments and debts with the accounts department.
  • Adhere to a weekly work plan for visits to private and public companies and institutions, prepared by the project’s sales supervisor.
  • Prepare offers including product descriptions to ensure highlighting the features and specifications sought by the client and finding appropriate solutions.
  • Assist the client professionally in choosing the right materials.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Educational Qualification: A bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering is required.
  • Proficient in computer skills and software (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • At least 2 years of experience in the same field.
  • Negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Having a personal means of transportation is preferred.
