Job Summary:
The Senior Business Development Officer will play a key role in driving the growth and expansion of the company by identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and leading initiatives to enhance the company’s market position. This role requires a highly motivated and experienced professional with a proven track record in business development, excellent communication skills, and the ability to think strategically and creatively.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities, including emerging markets, growth areas, trends, and customer needs.
- Analyze competitors and industry trends to inform strategic decisions.
Business Development Strategy:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and alliances that will contribute to the company’s growth.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for high-level clients and negotiate contracts, agreements, and terms of partnership.
Proposal and Presentation Development:
- Lead the development of compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches to potential clients and partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proposals meet client needs and align with the company’s capabilities.
Performance Tracking and Reporting:
- Track and analyze key performance metrics related to business development efforts.
- Provide regular reports to senior management on business development activities and outcomes.
Team Leadership and Collaboration:
- Lead, mentor, and coach junior members of the business development team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and product development to drive business growth.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience Minimum 5 years in the Oil & Gas Industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- English and Arabic solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
