Senior Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Overview

        Responsibilities:

  • Digital Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals, considering SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and other relevant channels.
  • Paid Advertising: Plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant channels to achieve ROI targets.
  • Social Media Management: Oversee social media accounts, curate content, and interact with the audience to build brand awareness and engage with the community.
  • Content Management: Oversee the creation and optimization of website and mobile app content, ensuring it is engaging, relevant, and search-engine-friendly, while also adhering to the brand’s messaging and design guidelines.
  • SEO Optimization: Optimize website content and structure for search engines to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic growth.
  • mail Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) using tools like Google Analytics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Conversion Optimization: Implement strategies to improve website conversion rates through A/B testing, user experience enhancements, and landing page optimization.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities and threats.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and content creators, to ensure the successful execution of digital campaigns.

       Qualifications:

  • Experience in digital marketing, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Kurdish, and Arabic languages.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Google Analytics, social media management tools, and email marketing software.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creativity, adaptability, and a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot) are a plus.
