Main Responsibilities and Duties:
- Responsible for the hiring process starting form requisition until completion of probation period including not limited to announcement, short listing, interviews management, recommendation, negotiation, Job offer, On boarding and completion of probation period
- Responsible for management of vacancies announcements on social media including FB, LinkedIn, ZainCash web site to be updated with new vacancies and removal of old ones.
- Responsible on the Staff yearly Performance appraisal
- Full filing of staff documents until completion of probation period (system and hard copies)
- Employees Relations and communications
- Develop training and development programs.
- Maintain job descriptions of the company department.
- Provide support and guidance to HR staff.
- Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.
- Responsible for internal communication for HR
- Responsible for training budget management, allocation of vendors, training sessions arrangements and all tasks related to this part of staff development.
- Contributes towards employee disputes management and maintain positive working environment.
- Supporting HR function in other tasks, where applicable.
Education and Trainings:
- Bachelor’s degree in business management or relevant field is a must.
- Proven experience not less than 3 years in Talent acquisition and Talent management , mainly with Recruitment
Skills and Competencies:
- Knowledge of HR functions (recruitment, training & development etc.)
- Proficient in MS Office
- Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
