Senior Marketing Specialist

Job Overview

  Responsibilities:

  • Support the Lexus Marketing Manager in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate with the creative, designers, and agencies to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Assist in the development of Lexus product launches and promotions.
  • Track and report on campaign performance metrics.
  • Coordinate media buying, ensuring campaigns run on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure consistency across all campaigns.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer trends and preferences.
  • Organize and participate in Lexus events and sponsorships.
  • Oversee the production of marketing collateral.
  • Assist in maintaining relationships with external vendors and partners.
  • Manage campaign timelines and ensure all deliverables are met.
  • Assist in developing strategies to increase customer loyalty and retention.
  • Ensure all marketing materials align with Lexus branding guidelines.
  • Provide regular updates to the marketing manager on campaign progress.

    Skills and Competencies:

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication in English, Arabic, and Kurdish.
  • Ability to analyze and report on marketing data.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Creativity in problem-solving and marketing execution.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Knowledge of luxury brand dynamics

    Experience and Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the automotive or luxury industry.
  • Experience in managing marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools.
  • Experience working with creative teams and external vendors.
