Job Overview
Responsibilities:
- Support the Lexus Marketing Manager in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with the creative, designers, and agencies to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Assist in the development of Lexus product launches and promotions.
- Track and report on campaign performance metrics.
- Coordinate media buying, ensuring campaigns run on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure consistency across all campaigns.
- Conduct market research to identify customer trends and preferences.
- Organize and participate in Lexus events and sponsorships.
- Oversee the production of marketing collateral.
- Assist in maintaining relationships with external vendors and partners.
- Manage campaign timelines and ensure all deliverables are met.
- Assist in developing strategies to increase customer loyalty and retention.
- Ensure all marketing materials align with Lexus branding guidelines.
- Provide regular updates to the marketing manager on campaign progress.
Skills and Competencies:
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication in English, Arabic, and Kurdish.
- Ability to analyze and report on marketing data.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.

- Knowledge of luxury brand dynamics
Experience and Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the automotive or luxury industry.
- Experience in managing marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools.
- Experience working with creative teams and external vendors.
