STANDARD MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

 

Education: Bachelor’s degree in public international law, Political science, International Relations, Social Sciences, military studies, or related fields with a specific focus on security sector and human rights.

Scope and expected outputs:

  • Data Collection
  • Data Analysis

Objectives of the assignment:

  • To identify institutional structures, policies, and practices that enable or hinder the advancement of women in the MoD.
  • To establish an evidence baseline for the Ministry’s interventions to plan and implement a strategy for the advancement of the role of women in the MoD. To create a committee comprised of COMSEC and the MoD, which will own the process and oversee key milestones associated with the assessment and monitoring implementation of the organizational action plan.

Experiences:

  • Minimum of seven years of progressive experience in security sector and human rights.
  • Advanced writing skills is required.

 

Language:

 

  • Arabic, English.
