Duties and Responsibilities
The Role plays a pivotal in driving sales performance and operational efficiency. This position involves analyzing sales trends, supporting dealers in optimizing their processes, and ensuring compliance with corporate standards. The role requires a strategic approach to market analysis, competitor monitoring, and lost sales evaluations, while also managing showroom inventory and fleet inquiries. Additionally, the specialist prepares sales training materials, oversees quotations and invoicing, and ensures timely reporting of routine tasks. With regular dealer visits and close collaboration.
Responsibilities of the Job:
- Monitor and analyze sales trends regularly to prepare insightful reports for management.
- Review dealer operational processes, identify weak points, and provide necessary support and guidance.
- Conduct regular visits to dealers, including travel to Baghdad, to strengthen relationships and address operational challenges.
- Perform quarterly analyses of lost sales and provide actionable insights to improve performance.
- Ensure availability of vehicle models in showrooms by monitoring inventory levels and reporting gaps.
- Maintain timely reporting of daily tasks and ensure accurate documentation of sales-related activities.
- Prepare quotations and invoices in the Autoline system while maintaining proper filing and record-keeping.
- Design and deliver training content for dealers to enhance their understanding of sales processes and standards.
- Create Sales Dashboard of sales for daily visuals of sales progress and Branch Performance.
- Oversee fleet inquiries, ensuring dealers adhere to TSC standards (TIQ and TMC) and maintain compliance.
- Evaluate Principal’s SOPs of sales process with dealer and record their progress.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide informed recommendations.
- Conduct training sessions for dealers to enhance their product knowledge and selling skills.
- Collaborate with the sales team to set achievable sales targets and develop strategies to meet them.

Experience and Qualification:
- Degree in Automotive/ Business Administration, or a similar field.
- 1 Years’ experience in automotive and/ or automotive-related industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Presentation and Outlook).
- Good written and verbal command of English, Arabic, Kurdish.
