Job Description:

Onyxes Technologies is seeking an experienced and driven Senior Sales to join our team in Baghdad. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals and maximize profitability.
• Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure they meet or exceed their targets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities to expand our customer base.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
• Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring that contracts are profitable and aligned with company goals.
• Monitor and report on sales performance metrics and provide regular updates to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the IT industry.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Experience managing a team of sales representatives and leading them to success.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to develop effective sales strategies.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and other sales tools.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
