General Requirements:

• Languages: Arabic and English is required.
• Education Background: Preferred not a must to have related certificate (electricity, electronics, communications, computers, etc.
• Gender: Male.
• Working hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Work Location: Baghdad.
• Similar Experience: yes, preferred.

المتطلبات العامة:

– اللغات: العربية والإنجليزية مطلوبة

– الخلفية التعليمية: يفضل ألا يكون لديه شهادة ذات صلة كهرباء، إلكترونيات، اتصالات، كمبيوتر، إلخ

– الجنس: ذكر

-ساعات العمل9:00 صباحًا – 5:00 مساء

 – مكان العمل: بغداد.

-خبرة مماثلة: نعم يفضل.

Description:

• The ability to read and write (speak a little) in English, because all technical releases and emails that we receive from Apple are in English, and he must be able to read and understand them.
• The ability to help customers who need special support (intervention to solve the problems of maintenance customers in the center he supervises).
• Read technical bulletins.
• Mature and experienced enough to handle a team not less that 6 employees.
• Functional details:
• Works as a maintenance technician in repairing the Apple Product in accordance with Apple policies and methods of work.
• Can read technical bulletins and Catalogues.
• Follow up the performance of the work team in the center in which it is located (whether technicians, receptionists or logistic employees).
• Achieving the required target from the hall with regard to (Repair Volume + the Apple Matrix, which means Apple’s parameters regarding work quality).
• comments:
• Priority shall be given to those who have experience in the field of technical work.

القدرة على مساعدة الزبائن الذي يحتاجون دعم خاص (التدخل لحل مشاكل زبائن الصيانة في المركز الذي يُشرف عليه)-

قراءة النشرات الفنية-

قادر على إدارة فريق مؤلف مما لا يقل عن 6 أشخاص-

يعمل كفني صيانة في إصلاحApple Product وفق سياسات وطرق عمل-

قراءة النشرات الفنية-

متابعة أداء فريق العمل في المركز الموجود فيه سواء فنيين، أو موظفي استقبال أو موظف لوجستيك-

تحقيق الـTarget المطلوب من الصالة فيما يخص (Repair Volume + الـ Apple Matrix والتي تعني محددات Apple فيما يخص جودة_ العمل.
