Job Overview

Service Advisor – SAS Kirkuk:

The Service Advisor is responsible for providing excellent customer service by greeting clients, understanding their vehicle issues, and effectively communicating service recommendations. They assess vehicle concerns, interpret diagnostic information, recommend appropriate repairs, and manage service appointments to optimize technician efficiency and minimize customer wait times.

Location: Kirkuk-Central Market Street (كركوك شارع السوق المركزي)

Requirements:

BSc. degree in Business Administration or related fields required. Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position. Proficiency in Kurdish (native), Arabic (good), and English (good) is essential. Key competencies include MS Office, Word, and Excel skills. . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary. Dedication, loyalty, and commitment are valued. This role is exclusively for Iraqi nationals.
