Service Advisor – Lexus Erbil:
The Service Advisor is responsible for welcoming the customers and promoting a professional and efficient service image, communicating with them to ensure their requirements are come across at a fair price and on time, keeping them updated with the details of the maintenance work, and promoting information.
Location: Erbil-Mosul Road near 120 m Ring Road Cross-Section
Requirements:
A BSc. degree in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant field.
Prior experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer service role within the automotive sector is essential.
Proficiency in automotive service and repair pricing structures is necessary.
Attention to detail, accuracy, and a professional demeanor are key attributes.
Applicants must possess a valid driver’s license.
Fluency in Kurdish, Arabic, and English languages is mandatory.
This position is open exclusively to Iraqi nationals.
