Service Advisor 

Job Overview

Duties and responsibilities:
  • Ensure speedy maintenance and repair through clear identification of customer’s needs and accurate Repair order preparation.
  • Utilize the Service Appointment system to maximize the facility and manpower capacity
  • Provide clear cost estimates and keep customers informed of work progress and job completion time.
  • Create clear precise customer invoices by using Autoline system that shows all parts, labor, and lubricant charges.
  • Actively promote the services and benefits of the dealer’s service and parts departments to all customers
  • Take all necessary actions to resolve customer complaints in the shortest possible time
  • Ensure all filing is kept up to date (including customer history files and regular purging of inactive customer files)
Education, Job Requirements & Skills:
  • An Associate’s degree in Mechanics / Graduate.
  • Relative experience in the Automotive field may be advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Kurdish and English (Spoken and Written), the Arabic language is an asset.
  • Proven customer relations skills both in person and over the telephone
  • Proven ability to communicate and determine customers needs and to sell the dealership’s parts and service
  • Good computer skills: Office suites (Microsoft Office, G Suite), E-mails, Internet.
  • Strong organizational, decision making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meeting deadlines.
