Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Advisor located in Sulaymaniyah. The Service Advisor will be responsible for managing customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing customer-focused service, and aftersales support. Daily tasks include communicating with customers about their service needs, advising them on necessary repairs and maintenance, coordinating with technicians, and ensuring that all services are completed to the highest standards.
Qualifications
- Skills in Customer Satisfaction, Customer-focused Service, and Aftersales support
- Effective communication and Customer Service skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Proven ability to provide exceptional service and exceed customer expectations
- Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred, but not required
