Tasks & Responsibilities:
The Service Advisor is responsible for welcoming the customers and promoting a professional and efficient service image, liaising with them to ensure their requirements are met at a fair price and on time, and keeping them updated with the details of the maintenance work and billing information.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor.
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Languages skills: Kurdish, Arabic, English
- Strong organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
