Service Advisor – SAS – Baghdad

The Service Advisor is responsible for welcoming the customers and promoting a professional and efficient service image, liaising with them to ensure their requirements are met at a fair price and on time, and keeping them updated with the details of the maintenance work and billing information.



Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or any related field. Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer service role within the automotive industry. Knowledge of automotive service and repair pricing structures. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail. Professional appearance and attitude. Valid driving license. Arabic, & English are a must.
