The Service Advisor is responsible for welcoming the customers and promoting a professional and efficient service image, liaising with them to ensure their requirements are met at a fair price and on time, and keeping them updated with the details of the maintenance work and billing information.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or any related field. Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer service role within the automotive industry. Knowledge of automotive service and repair pricing structures. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail. Professional appearance and attitude. Valid driving license.
