Role Description:
This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Customer Service Engineer located in Baghdad. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, maintenance, and installation of Xerox products to customers. There will be the opportunity to work from home, ensuring flexibility.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronic Engineering or Computer science (Mechatronics engineering is preferred)
• Experience in customer service, with a focus on technical support and troubleshooting
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and various operating systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Sound knowledge of network connectivity and troubleshooting
• Flexible approach to work
• Willingness to learn and keep updated with the latest technology and industry trends
• Certification in relevant areas (such as support, installation, and/or maintenance) is preferred
• Driving license
