Service Engineer – Baghdad

We are currently seeking an Engineer to join our team based in Baghdad.

Key Responsibilities:

• Undertake comprehensive maintenance tasks on designated products, including technical diagnostics, software installations, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by employing effective customer management techniques and collaborating with other team members when necessary.
• Conduct customer training sessions on designated products in alignment with current field protocols.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by attentively addressing customer concerns and resolving issues until customer satisfaction is achieved.

Candidate Requirements:

• Nationality: Iraqi
• Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer, Communication, or Electronics.
• Work Experience: Entry level
• Languages: Arabic, and English.
