Job Overview
We are currently seeking an Engineer to join our team based in Erbil.
Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake comprehensive maintenance tasks on designated products, including technical diagnostics, software installations, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by employing effective customer management techniques and collaborating with other team members when necessary.
- Conduct customer training sessions on designated products in alignment with current field protocols.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by attentively addressing customer concerns and resolving issues until customer satisfaction is achieved.
Candidate Requirements:
- Nationality: Iraqi/Kurdish
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer, Communication, or Electronics.
- Work Experience: Entry level
- Languages: Arabic, Kurdish, and English.
