Service Field Specialist – Erbil

Job Overview

Position: Service Field Specialist

Reporting To: Aftersales Field Operations Acting General Manager

Duty Station: Erbil Office

  • Conduct frequent field visits to dealers’ workshops to oversee service operations.
  • Identify gaps in service field operations and propose solutions accordingly.
  • Help dealerships in improving their business while following established standards.
  • Conduct quarterly performance evaluation for the all the dealer branches in Iraq.
  • Support in planning and executing service campaigns to improve the business.
  • Constant communication with dealers regarding issues found and following up with problems until their resolution.
  • Constant communication with other departments in the company to satisfy the business needs.
  • Support Service Field Admin operation in regards to preparing letters, Invoices, and reports as per the operational needs.
  • Supporting Service Field Admin in data analysis of Key Performance Indicators of the aftersales department.

Requirements:

  • At least 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Diploma/ Degree in Business or similar field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Power Point, Outlook, etc.)
  • Fluency in English, Arabic, and Kurdish.
  • Background in Automotive business or related field.
  • Experience in Aftersales field operations.
  • Experience in data analysis and planning.
  • Iraqi nationality
  • Open to travel
