Position: Service Field Specialist
Reporting To: Aftersales Field Operations Acting General Manager
Duty Station: Erbil Office
- Conduct frequent field visits to dealers’ workshops to oversee service operations.
- Identify gaps in service field operations and propose solutions accordingly.
- Help dealerships in improving their business while following established standards.
- Conduct quarterly performance evaluation for the all the dealer branches in Iraq.
- Support in planning and executing service campaigns to improve the business.
- Constant communication with dealers regarding issues found and following up with problems until their resolution.
- Constant communication with other departments in the company to satisfy the business needs.
- Support Service Field Admin operation in regards to preparing letters, Invoices, and reports as per the operational needs.
- Supporting Service Field Admin in data analysis of Key Performance Indicators of the aftersales department.
Requirements:
- At least 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Diploma/ Degree in Business or similar field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Power Point, Outlook, etc.)
- Fluency in English, Arabic, and Kurdish.
- Background in Automotive business or related field.
- Experience in Aftersales field operations.
- Experience in data analysis and planning.
- Iraqi nationality
- Open to travel
