Job Overview
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Conduct frequent field visits to dealers’ workshops to oversee service operations.
2. Identify gaps in Service field operations and propose solutions accordingly.
3. Help dealerships in improving their business while following established standards.
4. Conduct quarterly performance evaluation for the all the dealer branches in Iraq.
5. Support in planning and executing service campaigns to improve the business.
6. Constant communication with dealers regarding issues found and following up with problems
until their resolution.
7. Constant communication with other departments in the company to satisfy the business needs.
8. Support Service Field Admin in regard to preparing letters, Invoices, and reports as per the
operational needs.
9. Supporting Service Field Admin in data analysis of Key Performance Indicators of the aftersales
department.
Skills and Competencies:
Required:
– IT literate
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Word.)
– Languages: Arabic, and English
– Iraqi nationality.
– Willing to travel anywhere across Iraq if required to.
Experience and Qualification:
Required:
– Bachelor’s degree.
Preferred:
– Background in Automotive business or related field.
– Experience in Aftersales field operations.
– Experience in data analysis and planning.
