Job Overview

Position: Service Fleet Specialist

Reporting To: Service Fleet Manager

Duty Station: Erbil branch office

Responsibilities of the Job:

  • Daily monitoring the market situation
  • Understanding Iraq Market and customer mentality and demand.
  • Reporting daily routine tasks on time
  • Visiting and Following up Dealers operational process and support in weak points.
  • Consulting with customers to determine their wants and needs
  • Maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Assist in prospecting and qualifying new fleet accounts with dealers.
  • Travel throughout the territory and visit dealers regularly.
  • Follow-up with dealers to ensure successful sign a new fleet contract.
  • Pay visit to customers on their premises or as instructed on required basis.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years in a similar role, and knowledge in automotive sector
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Power Point, Outlook, etc.)
  • Fluency in Arabic, Kurdish, and English
  • Iraqi nationality

  • Multitasking, able to manage multiple dealers’ tasks and inquiries simultaneously
  • Maintaining a high level of confidentiality. Understands the importance and sensitivity of business information.
  • Demonstrating an understanding that business is built on excellent customer satisfaction and being committed to providing excellent customer service.
  • Analysis skills. Monitor the company’s industry competitors, new products, and market conditions
  • Negotiation skills. Negotiation with dealers and customers.
