Position: Service Fleet Specialist
Reporting To: Service Fleet Manager
Duty Station: Erbil branch office
Responsibilities of the Job:
- Daily monitoring the market situation
- Understanding Iraq Market and customer mentality and demand.
- Reporting daily routine tasks on time
- Visiting and Following up Dealers operational process and support in weak points.
- Consulting with customers to determine their wants and needs
- Maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Assist in prospecting and qualifying new fleet accounts with dealers.
- Travel throughout the territory and visit dealers regularly.
- Follow-up with dealers to ensure successful sign a new fleet contract.
- Pay visit to customers on their premises or as instructed on required basis.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years in a similar role, and knowledge in automotive sector
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Power Point, Outlook, etc.)
- Fluency in Arabic, Kurdish, and English
- Iraqi nationality

- Active team player
- Result oriented towards achieving sales’ target
- Multitasking, able to manage multiple dealers’ tasks and inquiries simultaneously
- Maintaining a high level of confidentiality. Understands the importance and sensitivity of business information.
- Demonstrating an understanding that business is built on excellent customer satisfaction and being committed to providing excellent customer service.
- Analysis skills. Monitor the company’s industry competitors, new products, and market conditions
- Negotiation skills. Negotiation with dealers and customers.
