The Service Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the service department and promoting a professional and efficient service image to customers. They liaise with customers to ensure their requirements are met on time and at a fair price, keeping them updated on maintenance work and billing information. Location: Duhok – Barzan Street/near Farmanda
Requirements:
A BSc in a related field is required. Must have a minimum of 3 years of customer service experience. Proficiency in Kurdish, English, and Arabic is essential, excellent communication, strong computer skills, exceptional customer service, adaptability, organizational skills, leadership, problem-solving, planning, multitasking, time management, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Candidates from all KRI are eligible to apply, as the Company accommodation will be provided if the candidate is not from Duhok.
