Service Workshop Controller- SAS KRK

Tasks & Responsibilities:

The Workshop Controller is responsible for planning, organizing, controlling, and directing all workshop maintenance activities to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets, particularly ensuring that vehicles are completed on time and at high quality at competitive prices whilst controlling workshop costs and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or any related Technical field.

Minimum 6 years of related experience.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Able to supervise and lead a team of engineers.

Good written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
