Servie Manager – Baghdad

Master Group is opening the doors to interested candidates to join the team, we are Seeking for (Service Manager in Baghdad).

General Requirements:

• Languages: Arabic, English.
• Transportation: Not Mandatory.
• Education Background: Preferred to be related to tech filed.
• Gender: Male
• Working hours: 09:00AM – 05:00PM.
• Work Location: Baghdad.
• Similar Experience: Preference will be given to those with previous experience in the same field.

Description:

• Study the administrative materials provided by Apple. Develop the necessary tools to monitor implementation progress and ensure that the team is, on the right path.
• Update the task list for the team to align with the specific requirements of each phase.
• Ensure that technical team follows the procedures as outlined in Apples documentation.
• Provide technicians with any training while also reviewing their work tickets to ensure they meet all requirements.
• Personally visit service centers, across all regions of Iraq and conduct thorough evaluations from both technical and administrative perspectives.
