Overview

We are seeking a creative and dynamic Social Media Content Creator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating engaging content across multiple social media platforms, including Snapchat, YouTube, Meta (formerly Facebook Instagram), Google, and TripAdvisor. This role requires a strong understanding of social media trends, exceptional storytelling skills, and the ability to analyze performance metrics to optimize content strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creation: Develop, produce, and edit high-quality, engaging content (videos, images, articles, etc.) for Snapchat, YouTube, Meta, Google, and TripAdvisor.
  • Platform Management: Manage and maintain our social media presence on various platforms, ensuring consistent brand messaging and voice.
  • Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure content is relevant and appealing.
  • Community Engagement: Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
  • Performance Tracking: Use analytics tools to track the performance of social media content and campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing strategies and goals.
  • Campaign Development: Assist in the development and execution of social media campaigns to promote products, events, and brand initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Proven experience in social media content creation for major platforms (Snapchat, YouTube, Meta, Google, TripAdvisor).
  • Demonstrable portfolio of work that showcases creativity and successful engagement strategies.
  • Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hoot suite, Buffer) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).

 

Skills

  • Strong storytelling and content creation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in graphic design and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro).
  • Ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in SEO and SEM.
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing.
