The Social Media Manager plays a crucial role in developing and executing digital marketing strategies to strengthen NS Marketing’s brand and that of its clients.
- Objectives of the Position
The Social Media Manager is responsible for planning, implementing, managing, and monitoring NS Marketing’s social media strategy. The goal is to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and drive audience engagement across various digital platforms.
- Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with NS Marketing’s business goals.
- Create engaging, high-quality content (text, images, videos, and infographics) tailored for different social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter, etc.).
- Manage and oversee social media content calendars, ensuring consistent posting and audience engagement.
- Monitor and analyze social media trends, audience behaviors, and platform updates to optimize content and strategy.
- Engage with followers, respond to queries, and manage online brand reputation.
- Run targeted advertising campaigns on social media platforms to drive engagement, leads, and conversions.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, engagement, click-through rates, and conversions.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, content creators, and other marketing team members to ensure cohesive branding.
- Prepare monthly reports and provide insights on campaign performance and improvement strategies.
- Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing and social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics, and advertising tools.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills in English and Kurdish/Arabic.
- Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar software).
- Knowledge of SEO, social media algorithms, and online marketing trends.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to optimize strategies.
- Creative mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good experience in photography and editing.
