AL SALT Hospitality is seeking a strategic Social Media Manager to join our growing team. In this dynamic role, you’ll be responsible for crafting and implementing a social media strategy that amplifies brand awareness, fosters engagement, and cultivates guest loyalty across the audience.

Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand identity and overarching marketing goals.
– Create monthly content plans based on a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligning with the company goals.
– Create captivating text, visual, and video content that showcases the essence of the diverse culinary experiences and vibrant atmospheres, tailored for various platforms.
– Manage and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns to drive targeted traffic, reservations, and brand awareness.
– Analyze social media performance metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies for continuous improvement.
– Implement social listening practices to identify trends, engage with inquiries and reviews, and foster a thriving online community.
– Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure seamless integration and cross-channel communication.

Qualifications:
– Proven experience in social media management, ideally within the hospitality industry.
– In-depth understanding of social media best practices and emerging trends (e.g., TikTok, Instagram Reels).
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for crafting compelling narratives.
– Demonstrated success in managing and optimizing online advertising campaigns.
– Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining a collaborative spirit.
– Experience working with international audiences and adapting content for diverse cultural contexts.
– Keen understanding of the F&B industry and current culinary trends.
– Fluency in English.
