Job Overview

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Design and Development of standard software for the Human Resource Department
  • Key role in the design, development, and implementation of back-end and front-end of software systems of the department.
  • Design and develop modules to streamline the Exchange and Depository functions.
  • UI/UX implementation and revisions of existing and new software.
  • Produce and implement efficient code and technology based on current industry standards and best practices.
  • Review and revise the design and content of web applications and internal applications based on discussions.
  • Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives
  • Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
  • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, etc)
  • Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys, etc) and take minutes
  • Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonuses, leaves, etc)
  • Communicate with public services when necessary
  • Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures
  • Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
  • Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
  • Assist our recruiters to source candidates and update our database to provide general support to other departments as requested by the Line Manager
  • Track employee leave requests, overtime, attendance sheets, and fingerprint
  • Implementing systematic staff development procedures.
  • Communicating with staff about issues affecting their performance.
  • Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information in electronic and digital format.
  • Other duties as assigned by Human Resource Manager

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or software or a related field to software development is a must.
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in software development, Information Technology, or a related field.

Skills and other Requirements:


  •  A good practice of software development and an advanced problem solver.
  • Expertise in the field of designing and generating ideas into software upon the project requirements.
  • Knowledge of HR functions (payroll & benefits, recruitment, training & development, etc.)
  • Full understanding of HR functions and best practices
  • Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
  • Experience as a Skills Development Facilitator.
  • Able to engage in meaningful negotiation and resolution.
  • Knowledge of employment legislation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Protecting the interests of all employees.
  • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
