We are looking for a Software Sales Representative to join our team in Erbil city.

Work Schedule: 5 Days/ Week, 9 Hours/ Day.

 

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team, focusing on our software products. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of software operations and exceptional sales skills. This role is pivotal in driving the sales of our POS solution and ensuring the satisfaction and retention of our clients.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Client Acquisition: Actively seek out new sales opportunities and engage potential clients. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our POS system. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Account Management: Onboard new clients and assist them in setting up and effectively using the POS system. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Regularly check in with clients to ensure their satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  • Technical Support and Troubleshooting: Act as the first point of contact for clients experiencing issues with the POS software. Troubleshoot problems and provide timely solutions, liaising with the technical team when necessary. Keep clients informed about any software updates or changes.
  • Liaison with Technical Team: Communicate client feedback and requirements to the technical team to aid in product enhancement. Coordinate with the technical team to resolve complex issues and ensure client needs are met. Stay updated on product developments to effectively communicate these to clients.

 

Requirements:

  • Degree in Software, Computer, IT or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in software or technology products.
  • Understanding of software operations and an ability to grasp technical details.
  • Fluent in Kurdish, Excellent level of English and Arabic.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
