Job Title: Spare parts Manager

Main job duties:
– Monitor inventory levels.
– Maintain proper stock control and stock levels.
– Ensure that all team members are fully productive and complete their work as required
– Recruitment and training of new employees.
– Supervising the shipment of spare parts.
– Supervising the periodic inventory procedure and ensuring the accuracy of all stock levels on the system
– Ensure that parts are stored properly to prevent damage and loss.

– Determine fast and slow moving materials and maintain appropriate stock levels for each.

– Dealing with complex or urgent customer issues.

– Submitting reports required by management

Main Requirements:
– Bachelor degree in a related field is preferred.
– Experience: preferably 3-5 Years in the same field
– Familiarity with standard concepts and best practices in a warehouse environment.
– Analytical mind with ability to make accurate mathematical computations.
– Excellent in using Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
– A previous experience in working with warehouse software systems is preferred.
– Familiar with warehouse health and safety regularities.
