1. Position: Specialist on Employment Promotion
2. Location: Iraq, with frequent travel to the governorates of Anbar, Basra, Duhok, Erbil, Missan, Ninewa, Salah al-Din, Sulaymaniyah, and Thi-Qar.
3. Period and Duration of the assignment/Services: 8 months
Estimated Start Date: 07th April 2022
-Academic Qualifications:
• Academic degree: Master’s Degree in economics, social development, teaching/training or similar.
– Years of Experience:
• Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in employment promotion, thereof at least 5 years in Iraq.
• At least 5 years of proven experience in networking, co-ordination of multiple stakeholders or projects, and/or the management of complex projects.
• Experience in training, preferable Vocational Training.
– Other Requirements:
• Proficient in Microsoft excel, word.
• Willingness and ability to frequently travel throughout the 9 projects governorates.
-Language requirements:
• Proficiency in English and Arabic language.
