Sr. Digital Media Officer

Job Overview


This position is responsible for developing and implementing digital media plan and roadmap to ensure EarthLink’s communications are effective, targeted and credible. The position ensure positive image and reputation is maintained at all times on all public press social media and al media platforms. The position is also responsible for increase company brand awareness and preference.


Job Duties:

  • Coordinate with PR of the company in terms of local newspapers, social media, and media platforms.
  • Devise corporate communication strategies and mechanism of communications.
  • Organize promotional campaigns.
  • Manage Local press for company news to be in line with the actual events, ensure all data sent to the press is reviewed.
  • Manage any advertisement text related to digital media.
  • Nurture a strong industry network, increase awareness and develop an enviable corporate image by developing and executing effective communication and media relations programs.
  • Develop media relations strategy, seeking high-level placements in print, broadcast and online media
  • Direct social media team to engage audiences across traditional and new media
  • Create content for press releases, articles and keynote presentations
  • Set standards for corporate communication content, correspondence both internally and externally.
  • Design public relations campaigns for setting company image as directed by the board.
  • Prepare and manage corporate events ensuring corporate communication of the board is relayed effectively.
  • Develop, implement and monitor Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives for the organization in collaboration with management and department heads.
  • Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
  • Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
  • Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content


  • BA in Marketing, Business Administration, public administration, advertisement, or any related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 Years in corporate communication field.
