Job Summary
On behalf of Policlinico San Donato, Talents Nexus is seeking diligent and safety-focused Stewards to join its Najaf branch at the Al-Najaf Al-Ashraf Teaching Hospital. Policlinico San Donato is renowned for its excellence in healthcare delivery and commitment to providing a safe and secure environment. In this critical role, you will help ensure the safety of staff, patients, and visitors while maintaining a supportive and orderly hospital environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor the safety and well-being of hospital employees, patients, and visitors throughout their time on the premises.
- Manage access to restricted areas, ensuring only authorized personnel gain entry.
- Respond promptly and professionally to incidents, emergencies, or safety concerns, escalating issues when necessary.
- Conduct regular patrols of hospital premises to identify and address potential risks.
- Provide escort services for staff or visitors during late hours or emergencies.
- Assist in creating a safe, welcoming, and supportive atmosphere for everyone in the hospital.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in security, safety, or a related field; ex-military personnel are highly encouraged to apply.
- Basic proficiency in English; fluency in Arabic is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good physical fitness and the ability to meet required physical standards.
- Calm and professional demeanor in high-pressure situations.
