Position: Supply Chain Officer
Reporting To: Supply Chain Manager
Duty Station: Iraq-Baghdad

Key Responsibilities:
1- Manage and oversee all supply chain operations, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and distribution.
2- Utilize ERP SAP systems to streamline supply chain processes and improve efficiency.
3- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and logistics providers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
4- Manage customs clearance processes, ensuring compliance with local regulations and minimizing delays.
5- Oversee warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
6- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.
7- Prepare and analyze reports on supply chain performance, identifying areas for improvement.
8- Travel to and stay overnight in locations such as Anbar, Mosul, Salah al-Din, and other regions as required.
9- Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives.
10- Performing any other related duties

Qualifications:
– Minimum of 2 years of experience in supply chain management.
– Proficiency in ERP SAP systems.
– Strong experience in customs clearance and warehouse management.
– Ability and willingness to work and stay overnight in various locations, including Anbar, Mosul, Salah al-Din, and other government areas as required.
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
– Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
– A degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field is preferred.

Working Condition & Benefits:
– Working days & hours: 6 Days /Week. 8 Hours / Day.
– ⁠Salary: Negotiable based on experience level.
