Surveying Engineer

Scope of work:

Ensuring that the contractor’s work aligns with the project’s approved designs, specifications, and contract documents.
They independently verify measurements, levels, and layouts, ensuring compliance with design tolerances and quality standards. The surveyor monitors the contractor’s work, reviews as-built drawings, and provides reports on any discrepancies or issues. They support the project management team by offering accurate site data and help resolve disputes related to measurements or deviations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Surveying Engineering or a related field,
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in surveying engineering.
• The engineer must demonstrate proven expertise with surveying instruments such as total stations and GPS systems, as well as proficiency in data processing software and AutoCAD for creating detailed survey drawings.
• Possess strong knowledge of surveying standards, legal regulations, and land use compliance.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detaiective communication abilities are crucial for collaborating with the team.
