System Admin and Infrastructure Engineer

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced system admin and IT Infrastructure Engineer to join our
team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and
supporting the company’s IT infrastructure, networks, and systems, including firewalls,
WAFs, VMware environments, Active Directory, and storage solutions. This role involves
hands-on technical assistance, troubleshooting, and providing high-level support for various
projects related to security and infrastructure expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administration and troubleshoot VMware ESXi environments and virtualization
projects.
• Manage SSD upgrades and storage extensions for data center environments.
• Handle system migrations and new hardware additions to clusters
• Manage firewalls and web application firewalls (WAF) across headquarters, disaster
recovery, and remote sites.
• Participate in security projects like asset protection, server security, and vulnerability
management.
• Manage and maintain the company’s Active Directory environment, including user
and group management, and role-based access control.
• Administer daily backup tasks for various systems and services, including resolving
backup failures and managing backup capacity.
• Offer technical assistance and troubleshooting to employees via remote access for
software, system hardware, or computer-related issues.
• Manage and administer email servers and Outlook 365 environment, including user
account setup, email distribution groups, and security protocols.
• Strong knowledge of IT infra, networking, and security protocols (PAM, ZTNA,
SIEM).
Qualification and Skills:
• BSc in Computer engineering, computer science or relevant field.
• Deep understanding of static and dynamic routing protocols.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT infrastructure, network administration, and
security roles.
