We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and support our ambitious growth. Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Headhunting & Sourcing:
- Identify and engage top talent through various channels, including social media, professional networks, and job boards.
- Proactively build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
- Drafting Job Descriptions:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create compelling, accurate job descriptions that attract the right talent.
- Ensuring a Perfect Candidate Experience:
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience by guiding applicants through the recruitment process with clear communication, timely feedback, and a respectful approach.
- Addressing Hiring Managers’ Manpower Needs:
- Work closely with hiring managers to assess staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and ensure timely hiring to meet operational goals.
- Performing Background Checks:
- Conduct thorough background checks and reference verifications to ensure the integrity and reliability of candidates.
- Conducting Job Interviews, Hiring Assessments, and Negotiating Job Offers:
- Lead interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Provide hiring managers with insightful recommendations and facilitate the decision-making process.
- Negotiate job offers, ensuring a fair and competitive package for both the company and the candidate.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a similar role.
- Strong headhunting and sourcing skills with knowledge of recruitment platforms and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to deliver an outstanding candidate experience.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and understand their staffing needs.
- Experience in conducting background checks and managing the interview and hiring process.
