Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Headhunting & Sourcing:
    • Identify and engage top talent through various channels, including social media, professional networks, and job boards.
    • Proactively build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
  • Drafting Job Descriptions:
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create compelling, accurate job descriptions that attract the right talent.
  • Ensuring a Perfect Candidate Experience:
    • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience by guiding applicants through the recruitment process with clear communication, timely feedback, and a respectful approach.
  • Addressing Hiring Managers’ Manpower Needs:
    • Work closely with hiring managers to assess staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and ensure timely hiring to meet operational goals.
  • Performing Background Checks:
    • Conduct thorough background checks and reference verifications to ensure the integrity and reliability of candidates.
  • Conducting Job Interviews, Hiring Assessments, and Negotiating Job Offers:
    • Lead interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
    • Provide hiring managers with insightful recommendations and facilitate the decision-making process.
    • Negotiate job offers, ensuring a fair and competitive package for both the company and the candidate.

 

Requirements

Qualifications:

 

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a similar role.
  • Strong headhunting and sourcing skills with knowledge of recruitment platforms and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to deliver an outstanding candidate experience.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and understand their staffing needs.
  • Experience in conducting background checks and managing the interview and hiring process.
