Team Leader- Lexus ERB

Tasks & Responsibilities:

Supervises and ensures applying all rules and safety regulations and takes the appropriate actions whenever a violation occurs according to Lexus’s policies and procedures. Ensures the continual improvement of the subordinates. Supervises and executes vehicle maintenance tasks. Ensures that all the jobs on the vehicle’s cards are finished properly and signs the maintenance requests. Prepares and signs the man-hour time for the technicians on designated cards at the beginning and the finish of each job and documents any non-productive time.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Diploma in a related service field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in a related position.

Strong organizational skills.

Accuracy and attention to detail.

Having a valid driving license.

Language skills (Kurdish, Arabic, English).
