Job Overview
Role Description:
This is a full-time role for a Technical Engineer located in Baghdad.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, maintenance, and installation of Printers to customers.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Electronic Engineering or Mechatronics. (preferred)
• Experience in customer service, with a focus on technical support and troubleshooting
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and various operating systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Sound knowledge of network connectivity and troubleshooting
• Flexible approach to work
• Willingness to learn and keep updated with the latest technology and industry trends
• Certification in relevant areas (such as support, installation, and/or maintenance) is preferred
• Driving license
