Job Overview
1.1. To provide general information to the implementers on construction sites about all Kalekim products, to introduce the company products, to provide guidance on preparation and methods before, during and after the application.
1.2. To identify customer complaints. To convey customer feedback to MHY. To make suggestions for reasons and solutions in line with company decisions.
1.3. To participate in planned training activities regarding the customer complaint process when necessary.
1.4. To support customer complaint working groups in their work when necessary.
1.5. To explain the application methods and methods of the products to the participants in Vocational Qualification Exams and seminars when necessary and to organize the application.
1.6. To contribute to the preparation of training and promotion materials including the types, causes and solution methods of the problems encountered.
1.7. To determine the suitability of the location for the courses and promotion meetings to be organized and to determine, make and coordinate the necessary preparations.
1.8. Contribute to the preparation of documents, correspondence, registration, etc. for courses and seminars when needed.
1.9. Contribute to the company’s product promotion activities, represent the company in organizations such as fairs, etc.
1.10. Continuously improve oneself to have accurate and detailed information about all our products in order to be able to promote our products correctly.
1.11. Be able to compare our own products with competitors’ products and have information that will reveal the competitive advantages of our products.
1.12. Discover the real needs of current and potential customers and provide the products and services they want to receive.
1.13. Supervise and follow up on documents for construction sites where the company has given product and application guarantees.

1.20. To contribute to continuous improvement studies. (YGG, Internal Audit, KSGS etc.)
1.21. To be familiar with the documentation (Regulations, procedures, instructions etc.) related to the processes in which he/she works.
1.22. To report the risks and opportunities that may arise in the processes in which he/she works.
1.23. To be aware of his/her contributions to the effectiveness of Management Systems.
1.24. To initiate corrective action and take the necessary actions in case the process does not meet the expected performance.
1.25. To comply with occupational safety rules in all work areas and work environments, including the use of provided personal protective equipment.
1.26. To be informed about emergencies, environment and work accidents and to act accordingly. To inform the Unit Manager and the ÇSG representative in case of an environment or work accident.
1.27. To work in line with the Zero Waste approach.
1.28. To adopt the sustainability approach (economic, environmental and social).
1.29. To work in accordance with the Information Security policy and KVKK.
1.30. To implement the guidelines regarding information privacy and KVKK in communication channels.
1.31. To act in line with the principles of confidentiality, integrity and accessibility in order to effectively manage information security.
LEVEL OF EDUCATION
Preferably; Construction Technician and/or Construction Vocational High School Graduate
EXPERIENCE
At least 2 years of construction site experience
Language: Kurdish, Arabic, English, (Turkish is a plus)
Driving Licence: Required
Computer Knowledge: Required
Interpersonal relations
Proper diction and fluent speaking ability
Being able to approach and influence people with empathy
Product and Application Knowledge
