As a Technical Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to visitors, customers, employees, and stakeholders regarding the systems and solutions offered by the company. Your role will involve troubleshooting issues, coordinating with the development team for software problem-solving, managing stakeholder communication, generating monthly reports, and contributing insights for software enhancements.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to the inquiries by Answer questions, diagnose problems, and provide solutions on the software and solutions provided by the company
  • Identify causes of problems, guide users through solutions, and escalate complex issues as needed.
  • Manage and facilitate communication, letters, transactions, correspondence, and documents with stakeholders
  • Prepare comprehensive monthly reports detailing technical support activities
  • Provide feedback and suggestions for software and solution enhancements based on user feedback and technical observations.
  • Update and maintain internal knowledge base articles and resources for efficient problem-solving.
  • Build rapport with users and provide exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information technology engineering or a related field.
  • 1 year of experience in technical support or any related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder interaction
  • Excellent organizational skills for managing correspondence and documentation
  • Proficiency in generating reports and analyzing data for decision-making.
