Iraqi International Group Company for Trading Cars and Heavy Equipment seeks dynamic, target oriented, individuals to join our customer experience team
Technical Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver technical training programs on a variety of automotive topics, including new vehicle models, diagnostics, repair procedures, and service technologies.
- Create engaging and informative training materials, such as presentations, manuals, and hands-on exercises.
- Conduct practical training sessions in workshop, ensuring trainees gain the necessary hands-on experience.
- Evaluate trainee progress through assessments and provide constructive feedback.
Non-Technical Responsibilities:
- Deliver training programs focused on customer service, sales techniques, and product training.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify training needs and develop programs that address those needs.
- Utilize a variety of training methods, including classroom, exercises, and online learning modules.
- Track training status and report on the effectiveness of training programs.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the automotive sector.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to engage and motivate learners and a passion for the automotive industry.
- Mechanical Engineering Certificate is required
