Job Overview
Mideast Power Systems (MPS), an ITG company, is specialized in the provision of critical power & cooling systems, electrical power distribution & control products, structured cabling and data center solutions, from renowned leaders.
Main responsibilities:
- Identifying, analyzing, and repairing product failures.
- Conducting onsite maintenance visits and inspections.
- Providing field service and customer support to include equipment assembly, installation, troubleshooting, diagnosing, evaluating, repairing, testing and removal.
- Open to work after duty time in case of product failure or alarms.
- Providing technical product training and basic user functionality training to customers when required.
- Loading and unloading material for repair projects.
- Dealing directly with customers via e-mail, telephone, and meetings to ensure their satisfaction is maintained.
- Adding daily client visits on “Service” and sharing weekly activities with detailed description related to Preventive or corrective Visits.
Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in the field.
- Knowledge in CCTV, Fire Alarm, Fire Suppression, and Access Control.
- Electronics or Communication Engineering Degree, or Technical Degree.
