Implementing all customer service activities related to the services provided by the bank to individuals and providing the required service in a way that achieves complete customer satisfaction, preparing requests for issuing check books and ensuring their sending, in addition to marketing all banking services and products for individuals inside and outside the branch, as well as receiving the customer’s quick requests and directing him to use digital services. And electronically, to respond to inquiries about the services provided by the bank to individuals and provide the best banking services with high quality to customers to ensure that the ideal image of the bank is reflected and to ensure their permanent and continuous dealings with the bank in a way that contributes to achieving the branch’s objectives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar functional field.
