Job Overview: As a territory Sales Manager of 3M Commercial Solutions division, you will be responsible for initiating, managing and leading a team of sales professionals, ensuring they achieve and exceed their sales targets. You will develop and implement strategic sales plans, identify new business opportunities, build and maintain strong customer relationships, and manage the sales pipeline.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for 3M products and services.
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure they meet or exceed their sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, identify their needs, and recommend 3M CSD Portfolio solutions that meet their business requirements.
- Develop and maintain a sales pipeline to ensure consistent revenue growth.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and recommend changes to the sales strategy.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Develop and maintain sales reports and metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including sales processes, pricing, and contract terms.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Must be fluent in Kurdish, English, Arabic is a plus.
- At least 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in automotive PPF, Window tint, Ceramic coating & Wrap films.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify business opportunities.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
