KBR is look for Traffic Coordinator – Infrastructure Majnoon Project based in Basra Iraq for 28/28 Rotation

Overview:

Seeking a Traffic Coordinator personnel experienced in all manner of highway traffic safety and operations. The ideal candidate possesses a background in various types of site work requiring traffic control. Should have strong skills in safely leading a traffic crew.

Responsibilities

• Set up and breakdown of traffic control devices
• Well versed with all traffic control equipment
• Manage a traffic crew and their designated tasks
• Support Project Engineers in development of traffic studies including traffic impact analyses, traffic signal timing plans, microscopic simulation modeling, and macroscopic simulation modeling.
• Will work closely with Project Engineers/Project Managers to prepare/review plans including signing and striping, traffic signals, illumination, and traffic control plans.

Requirements

• At least two (2) year of experience
• Ability to work well with others and under authority
• Ability to work in all weather conditions and climates
• Strong verbal and written skills
• Ability to multitask while working on many projects at once

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Civil or Transportation/Traffic engineering.
• Valid driver’s license.
