Training Executive- Jaguar Land Rover Baghdad

Overall Objective of the Job:

The training Executive is performing any activity that is intended to increase the knowledge, skills, and abilities of an organization’s employees, and involved in developing, planning or conducting training activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in automotive or mechanical engineering.
• Have experience in training, preferably worked as a trainer before.
• Knowledge of modern training techniques and tools in technical and non-technical subjects.
• Experience in designing and localizing of course content.
• Ability to address training needs with complete course.
• Good communication skills and comfortable speaking in front of groups.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Good knowledge of MS Office PowerPoint.
• Good level of English language.
• Iraqis only can apply.
