UI/UX Designer

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team and help craft intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly digital experiences. The ideal candidate is passionate about user-centric design, understands modern design principles, and can translate business requirements into seamless interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Design and create engaging user interfaces (UI) and intuitive user experiences (UX) for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to improve design decisions.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of designs.
• Optimize designs for accessibility, responsiveness, and cross-platform compatibility.
• Define and maintain design systems, UI components, and style guides.
• Gather and implement user feedback to improve design iterations.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile designs.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or other design tools.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts is a plus.
• Experience with design systems, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Familiarity with user research methodologies and A/B testing.
• Ability to work in a collaborative agile environment and communicate design ideas effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
