Job Summary:

Site Engineer will oversee and manage various construction projects from start to finish. Site Engineer will be responsible for ensuring that all construction activities are executed with precision, adhering to the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. The expertise will contribute to the successful completion of projects on time and within budget, while maintaining a focus on quality and client satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to create detailed construction plans and schedules. Coordinate with various teams to ensure the timely delivery of resources, materials, and equipment required for the project.
• Conduct regular inspections of the construction site to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards. Implement quality control measures and address any issues that may arise during the construction process.
• Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations on the construction site. Identify potential hazards and take corrective actions to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel.
• Oversee and manage day-to-day construction activities, including excavation, foundation laying, structural work, and finishing. Provide guidance and support to construction teams to ensure smooth workflow and efficient progress.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to procure construction materials of the highest quality while optimizing costs. Monitor material consumption and minimize wastage.
• Regularly update project managers and stakeholders on the progress of construction projects. Prepare and present comprehensive reports on project status, highlighting achievements, challenges, and proposed solutions.
• Address and resolve any technical or engineering issues that arise during the construction process. Propose innovative solutions to enhance project efficiency and overcome obstacles.
• Supervise and motivate the construction team, including laborers and sub-contractors. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professionalism.
• Maintain accurate and organized documentation of all construction activities, including drawings, technical specifications, and reports.
• Assist in cost estimation and budget management for construction projects. Monitor expenses and take appropriate measures to control costs while maintaining project quality.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering, Master Degree or PMP is an advantage;
• Minimum 8-10 Years of Experience in Site Engineer or Civil Engineering Position or field (Including minimum 3-4 years of experience in Managerial roles or positions);
• Fluency in Arabic and English languages, Turkish language is privilege.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Project Management, Outlook and AutoCad);
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills;
• A team player with leadership abilities;
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills;
• In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes;
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders;
• Proficient in project management software and tools;
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities;
• Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in the construction industry;
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and financial aspects of projects.

Working Condition and Benefit Package:

• Working Days & Hours: 6 days per week & 8 Hours per day;
• Salary:2200 USD- 2700 USD per month, based on candidate experience and knowledge;
• Annual Leave: 21 Working Days per Year;
• Public Holiday: 16 Working Days per Year;
• Communication: Sim-Card, Internet & Monthly Scratch Card for business purpose.
